Hey mama, I’m really glad you’re here.
My own postpartum journey changed me in ways I didn’t expect—it showed me just how raw, beautiful, and sometimes heavy this season can be. That experience is what led me here, wanting to offer other mothers the kind of support I wish every woman had.
I’m certified in lactation support and CPR, so you can feel at ease knowing you and your baby are in safe, caring hands. And I’m continuing to grow in this work—currently diving into pre and postnatal barre, because I truly believe in gentle, intentional movement that helps you reconnect with your body over time.
I care deeply about pelvic floor education (it’s something we all deserve to understand), and I’m passionate about nourishing the body in a way that feels supportive, simple, and whole during postpartum. This work means a lot to me—it’s not just what I do, it’s something I feel called to. I’m here to support you in the real, everyday moments, and to walk alongside you as you find your rhythm in this new chapter.
